On top of my responsibilities as Senior Product Designer in the Discovery Squad, Ankorstore considered that my ownership on the topic and growth in leadership made me a great candidate for Product Managing the squad.
My new responsibilities:
Quarterly define squad OKRs and KPIs and bring initiatives to push the metrics in the right direction.
Weekly report to stakeholders about the performance of the squad and the progress of our initiatives
Align and collaborate in cross-squad initiatives helping to define a holistic strategy and vision for our product
Write Jira stories and keep track of progress of the squad leading Daily Standup Meetings.

Squad scope: discovery of new products and brands (recommendations, category pages, search page, brand page, product page).
Most proud of: Designing the new AI conversation experience for Ankorstore, researching our users biggest pain points and intention of use for the definition of the MVP and analysing interactions for defining and prioritising implementation of following iterations.

Catalogue Squad - Sr. Product Designer

Squad scope: catalogue management (product creation, product catalog import, product edition, image handling, stock management, collections…)
Most proud of: Google Spreadsheet integration, allowing Brands to upload products in bulk. Brand Catalogue Completeness increased from 63.4% to 79.2%. Product update (Catalogue Freshness) increased from an average of 8.1/month to 12.4/month.
